Terms of service
Effective 18 October 2026
FitSync is a private, non-commercial project. It is not offered to the public, and access is limited to people invited by the developer.
Use
You may use FitSync to access Google accounts that you own or are authorized to use. You remain responsible for complying with the terms of the services you connect, including Google.
Not medical advice
FitSync copies data between apps. It does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition. Values can differ from the source, for example heart rate variability measured as RMSSD by Fitbit and stored in Apple Health’s SDNN type. Do not rely on them for medical decisions.
No warranty
FitSync is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. It may contain errors, change or stop working at any time. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use, including missing, duplicated or incorrect health data.
Your data
How FitSync handles your data is described in the privacy policy. You can sign out and revoke FitSync’s access at any time.
